License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital download for Personal use only.
Restrictions: You may not sub-license, resell, share, or redistribute the files to third parties, even for free. Altering the product and claiming it as your own original work is strictly prohibited.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
Instant Access: Because the product is delivered instantly upon purchase, we cannot “reclaim” the product once you have accessed it.
Exception: Refunds will only be considered if the file is proven to be technically corrupt and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 10 business days.
Accidental Purchase: We do not offer refunds for “accidental purchases” or “change of mind”.
Link Expiration: Download links may expire after 1 attempt to prevent unauthorized sharing.
Technical Requirements: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have the software/hardware necessary to open and use the files (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, extraction software like WinZip).
Authorization: By completing a purchase, you warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.
Chargebacks: Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as theft. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to report the transaction to anti-fraud databases and revoke your access to all future updates or products.
The digital products are provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from the use or inability to use the materials, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States of America. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Essex County, Massachusetts.
